Your order will be shipped via registered postage and a tracking link will be sent to you once your order reaches the carrier we are using for your delivery, for you to be able to follow it all the way to your front door. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a notification card advising you how you can arrange for re-delivery or retrieve the parcel at the nearest delivery office.

Local Delivery
We offer free delivery for West Malaysia and your order will be sent out via GDEX / CITY LINK / NINJA VAN in most instances. For East Malaysia, there will be a flat rate of RM15.00 and your order will be sent out via GDEX / CITY LINK / NINJA VAN .For peak season (e.g. chinese new year, hari raya aidilfitri, December month) expected there will be some delay for customers to receive the product. Local delivery will take another 1-3 working days. However please allow up to 19 working days to take into account the local postal services.
Track Your Order
To track your order, you will need the tracking number that we sent to you in your dispatch confirmation email.

- Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation, merchandise availability, delivery and weather conditions
- Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
- We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
