Return & exchange policy

You can choose one of the following options for returning your purchase:

Exchange your item for a product with the correct specifications or for a replacement if you received an incorrect or defective item, or

Request a refund to your original payment mode.

We have a simple and straightforward return policy.

Goods must be returned within a specified time period from the date they are received. The customer is responsible for paying the postal costs for exchanges or returns.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened, lid sealed, and in the original packaging with the tag attached to the product. Please ensure that you do not remove any packaging material.

Returns or exchanges may take up to 10-15 working days, excluding delivery times, and are subject to stock availability. *Exchanges are only allowed for an item of equivalent or lower value.

Important information

To protect all our customers and ensure that we handle every return or exchange in a reasonable way, we refuse to accept returns or exchanges in certain situations, including:  

Products damaged by misuse, misuse, improper care or negligence, or accident (including pet damage)  

Products that indicate excessive wear and tear.  

Products are lost or damaged by fire, flood or natural disaster.  

Products that have no label or label that have been damaged/removed.  

Products returned for personal reasons that are not related to product performance or satisfaction.  

Products that have been contaminated or contaminated.

Please note: Falco reserves the right to withhold any refund if your original item has not reached our warehouse. Make sure that the refund details provided are correct and complete. Discount codes cannot be reissued and cannot be returned. If you return an item purchased using a discount code, only the final price paid (after the discount) will be refunded. If you place your order using Guest Checkout and do not have a Falco account, please create a Falco account to initiate an exchange or return.
